    We offer the following one year (365 days) membership levels:

    Home Membership ($35 USD): This membership is a single account for use by your immediate family (including grandparents) for one year. One email and password is all your family will need to authorize all your computers and mobile devices. It is not valid for schools, businesses, or other organizations.

    Teacher's Membership ($70 USD): This membership serves a single Teacher and up to 6 simultaneous students in a classroom and one computer or mobile device at the teacher's home. It is ideal for teachers with small groups or special populations. Use within the campus media lab and student home use is not permitted.

    Classroom Membership ($150 USD): This membership serves small schools or a single teacher. The media lab is permitted only in small schools where there is only one classroom per grade level. In all other cases the membership may be used in one classroom. The teacher may authorize a computer or mobile device at home. This membership is not valid for student home use.

    School Membership ($270 USD): Perfect for a typical school campus, this membership may be used within your media lab(s) and on your classroom computers and mobile devices. Each teacher from the member school may authorize a computer or mobile device at home. This membership is not valid for student home use.

    Membership is mobile ready: simply download the Starfall App for Android, Kindle, or iOS, then enter your membership email and password.

  • Do you accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal as a form of payment? Expand

    Yes, we do. You may choose your method of payment on the Membership Form.

  • My school set up an alternate authorization method for our membership. Do we need to do this again when we renew? Expand

    No, providing you renew with the same membership administrator email, your alternative authorization method will continue to work as before. No further action on your part is required.

  • Will my membership automatically renew/charge my card again? Expand

    No, we will not automatically renew your membership. Starfall does not retain credit card information. You will receive an email reminder within 30 days of your expiration date.

  • How do I renew my Starfall membership? Expand

    To renew your membership on an authorized computer:

    1. Go to Starfall.com and in the upper right corner of the screen, click "Account Settings"
    2. Under "Account Status" click "Renew Now" and follow instructions. On an unauthorized computer, click "How to Join" and follow instructions.

    On a mobile device from Starfall.com:

    1. Press "Join Today"
    2. Install the Starfall App, open it
    3. Press "Authorize", and enter your membership email and password to unlock all the activities.

  • I need a receipt/paid invoice. Expand

    When you purchased your membership online, you should have received a confirmation email. If you did not receive this email, check your spam folder.

    For purchase orders, we can send a receipt/paid invoice upon request.

    When you attempted to register your Access Code on the join now page, you should have seen the email address that the account is registered to. The image below will show what to look for.

    Ask the person with this email address for the membership password. If you don't know whose email address this is please contact us.

  • I ordered a membership, but haven't received my Access Code. Expand

    If you provided us with an email address when you placed your order, we emailed your membership Access Code to you. If you didn't get this email, check your spam folder.

    If you purchased a membership by mail, fax, phone, or purchase order, your Access Code was mailed to you.

    If you are still unable to locate your Access Code, you can contact us. Please include your membership administrator email and physical address.

    You may cancel your Starfall.com membership within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us. Please be sure to include your membership administrator email.

    Annual Home or Teacher membership fees are 100% tax deductible as a contribution to the extent allowed by law. There is no tax deduction for Classroom or School memberships.

    Yes.

    We accept purchase orders from schools or school districts in the United States and Canada only. Our terms are net 30 days.

    To prepare a purchase order, generate a price quote.

  • Do you accept bank wire transfers as a form of payment? Expand

    Yes, we accept foreign and domestic bank wire transfers for orders over $500 USD. Please download and complete the appropriate curriculum catalog & order form:

    Pre-K, Kindergarten ELA, Kindergarten Mathematics, General Catalog

    Call us at 888-857-8990 (Outside the US: 303-417-6414) for detailed bank wire instructions.

    Payment by bank wire transfer is not an option in our online store.

  • Can currency from outside the US be used? Expand

    If you use a credit card, the credit card issuer will automatically convert currency during the order process.

    We accept checks from foreign banks. Calculate your order total in USD, then add $15 USD to cover our bank fees. Convert the USD total to your currency. Send us a check with your order. Here is a useful currency converter tool: http://www.oanda.com/currency/converter

  • How long will my membership last? Expand

    Your paid one-year membership lasts exactly one year (365 days) from the time that you first register. You may renew at any time. If you purchase a one-year renewal with the same email address and membership level, 365 days will be added to the time remaining on your account. To renew, click on your Account Settings and select "Renew Now."

    Starfall does not retain credit card information. Your account does not automatically renew. You will receive an email reminder within 30 days of your expiration date.

    A charity is a nonprofit organization that derives most of its income from public support. By purchasing a membership to Starfall you are contributing to support our mission to create free and low-cost experiences whereby children can successfully learn through exploration.
